Purchase Terms & Right of Withdrawal
The terms that apply when you buy a season pass from FPL Butler.

These terms apply to purchases of season passes and add-on packs for Fantasy Premier League mini-leagues via FPL Butler (fplbutler.app). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
What you're buying
The purchase is digital content: access to the Butler's verdict, weekly awards and pre-deadline predictions (the Protocol) for one specific FPL league per card purchased. Prices are always exactly what you see on the pricing page, and they can never differ from what you actually pay.
Duration
The purchase covers the rest of the current season for the league it's tied to. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not renew automatically. A new season requires a new purchase.
Delivery
Delivery is digital and starts immediately after confirmed payment, normally within a few moments. No physical goods are shipped.
Right of withdrawal
By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to delivery of the digital content starting immediately. Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) § 22(n), the right of withdrawal then lapses for digital content not supplied on a physical medium.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in the currency on the pricing page: Norwegian kroner on the Norwegian site and British pounds on the English site, inclusive of any applicable tax. Payment is processed via Stripe using card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. A receipt is sent automatically to the email you provide at checkout.
